Effective for all bookings
A booked session is a commitment between tutor and student. We honor late notice differently from same-day cancellations to respect both sides' time.
The tier that applies to your booking is locked in at the time you book. If we ever change this policy, your existing bookings keep the policy that was in effect when you booked.
If your tutor doesn't show up to a session you joined for, you receive a full refund automatically. We track presence in the room and apply this rule without you having to ask.
Cancel from the session page in your dashboard. We'll show you which tier applies before you confirm. If you have an unusual situation that the tiers don't fit, write to support@learntheclassics.com and we'll work it out.
If something went wrong with a session that's already settled, contact us within 7 days at the email above. We review every dispute on the merits.
