Acceptable Use Policy

Incorporated into the Terms of Service, which define "Aletheian Academy," "we," and "us."

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for everyone who uses Aletheian Academy. It exists above all to keep the Platform safe for the students, including children, who learn here. Violating this AUP may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent termination, and may be reported to authorities.

1. Be lawful and respectful

You will not use the Services to:

  • violate any law or regulation, or facilitate anyone else doing so;
  • harass, bully, threaten, defame, or unlawfully discriminate against

any person. Nothing in this AUP requires us to hire, retain, or platform a tutor who cannot affirm Who we are, or forbids us from enforcing that charter;

  • post content that is hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, or

gratuitously violent;

  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or

credentials.

2. Protect minors (zero tolerance)

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement:

  • any sexual conduct, sexual content, grooming, or sexualized

communication involving a minor;

  • soliciting a minor\'s personal contact information, images, or

social-media connections;

  • attempting to move communication with a minor off-Platform or to

arrange off-Platform or in-person contact, except through the minor\'s Parent;

  • requesting or sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM): we report

CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law;

  • any attempt to circumvent age screening, parental consent, or parental

controls.

3. Keep transactions on-Platform and honest

You will not:

  • arrange payment off-Platform to evade fees, or solicit a

Platform-originated relationship off-Platform in violation of the non-circumvention terms;

  • post fake, incentivized-but-undisclosed, or non-genuine reviews;

manipulate ratings; or post reviews about yourself or a competitor without disclosing the connection;

  • engage in fraud, payment fraud, or money laundering.

4. Respect the Platform and others\' rights

You will not:

  • infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services,

accounts, or data;

  • scrape, crawl, harvest, or use bots to access the Services except as

expressly permitted;

  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or breach

security or authentication measures, without our written permission;

  • copy, resell, or create a competing service from the Services;
  • overload or interfere with the Services (e.g., denial-of-service), or

circumvent rate limits or usage controls.

5. Content standards

User Content must be accurate, lawful, and your own (or properly licensed). Do not post others\' personal information without consent. Do not record sessions without the consent of all participants and, for a minor, the Parent.

6. Reporting and enforcement

Report violations or safety concerns to **support@learntheclassics.com** (general) or **legal@aletheianacademy.com** (legal/abuse). We may investigate, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve and disclose information to authorities as permitted by law, and take any other action we deem appropriate. We may update this AUP from time to time.
